Exhibition is located in the Northstar Ballroom.

  • Load-In: Wednesday, August 13, 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM
  • Exhibit Hall Opens: Thursday, August 14, 10:00 AM
  • Exhibit Start Date: Friday, August 15, 5:00 – 7:00 PM
  • Exhibit End Date: Saturday, August 16 5:00 – 7:00 PM
  • Load-Out: Sunday, August 17 | 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM

The exhibit hall will remain open throughout the meeting, and it’s also where our coffee and food breaks will be held daily around 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM, which are great windows for connecting with attendees.

Each booth includes:
• One (1) 6-ft table (30 in. wide)
• Two (2) chairs
• One (1) waste bin
• Standard table linen

Unloading Tip:
If you’re bringing your exhibit materials by car, the easiest method is to self-park in the hotel’s ramp and transport items directly to the Northstar Ballroom.
